Chapter 1: The Altar in the Chicken House
- Setting the Scene: A small group of five believers gathered every Wednesday in a dilapidated chicken house. Rain poured through the polythene roof, flooding the floor—but the Spirit of God flooded hearts even more.
- Early Growth: Despite the discomfort, the altar drew more souls. Within months, 70–80 congregants were attending, drawn by the power of prayer and the presence of God.
- Challenge: The owner of the chicken house asked the fellowship to leave, marking the first major test of faith.
Chapter 2: A Family’s Compassion
- Divine Provision: Two children, Owomugisha Prossy and Oscar, interceded on behalf of the fellowship. Their parents offered their compound freely—a gesture that became a turning point.
- Faithful Few: With only six congregants remaining, the group began fundraising for church land. The first offering was just 1,500/=, with Pastor Buyondo contributing 500/=.
- Miraculous Growth: Within a year, the group raised 820,000/=, and over time, contributions reached 10 million/=—half the cost of the land they eventually purchased.
Chapter 3: The COVID Silence
- A Sudden Halt: Just after completing the land purchase, the COVID-19 pandemic struck. For two years, prayers ceased, gatherings paused, and uncertainty loomed.
- A New Door Opens: After the lockdown, a congregant offered a small saloon near the church land. Pastor Buyondo began counseling people every Tuesday, reigniting the flame of ministry.
Chapter 4: Consecration and Calling
- Spiritual Transition: Pastor Buyondo, still serving under his spiritual father in Nabulagala, was consecrated into full Pastorship on Sunday, 6th October 2021. His wife, also a servant of God, stood by his side.
- New Beginnings: The congregation began praying on their church land—without a building, but with unshakable faith.
Chapter 5: The Miracle of Construction
- Faith in Action: With prayers and contributions, the church began construction. Despite limited resources, the vision stood firm.
- Divine Breakthrough: God performed a miracle—the church was built as a three-storey building, a testament to His faithfulness and the endurance of His people.

From a flooded chicken house to a towering sanctuary, this journey is more than a story—it’s a legacy. A legacy of obedience, sacrifice, and the supernatural hand of God. Every stone laid, every prayer whispered, and every coin given was part of a divine blueprint.
